4.5 You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jitago immediately and change your password without delay.
5.1 jitago operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. Verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review.

10.3 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at jitago's discretion, particularly where live data is unavailable or where the integrity of an event is in question. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
10.4 jitago reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned where a void is applied.
10.5 Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market. jitago will not pay out amounts in excess of stated maximum payouts, regardless of the amount staked.
